Oily skin care – how to take care of your skin





Oily skin can cause several skin problems such as acne, pimples including blackheads. Women want to have a smooth and younger looking face therefore oily skin care is very important to prevent pimples and acne. Here are some few tips on how to take care of your skin.
Use essential oils

Essential oils such as lemons, grapefruits and oranges are great for your face; essential oils do not have the same harsh effect as actual fruit juices that can burn your skin. Add 3 to 4 drops of essential oils on cotton and spread the oil throughout your face and leave it till morning.
Make your own home made facial scrub and facial mask

We are all aware of this but we can use our daily ingredients from our kitchen to make our own home made facial scrub. How? Let me demonstrate to you how.

- Mix oatmeal paste with unflavored oatmeal, and then add lemon juice and olive oil just to make the mixture of oatmeal wet. Scrub it on your face to pull out oil from your pores which can reduce your black heads. After a few minutes you can remove the home made facial mask with lukewarm water. Remember to wash your face thoroughly

- For facial scrub you can mix some lemons and vinegar, and soak cotton and rub your face with it, let the liquid dry off on its own before adding make up or foundation.

Important things about oily skin care is that you choose the right natural products to regain your healthy skin. It is essential to unclog the pores for oil and dirt that may cause bacteria which can develop to acne or pimples. It is also a good idea that you choose your make up wisely, for men choose your facial wash wise wisely.

Other home remedy for oily skin care

Fruit acids have great effects on oily skin treatment, fruits such as lemon, grapefruits and oranges can help you remove oil from your skin yet keep the moisture on your skin. Popular home remedies for oily skin are cucumber juice, orange juice, lemon juice and strawberry juice as well as aloe Vera. Here are some recipes for your oily skin care.

1. Add egg white, 1 tsp lemon juice, mint and cucumber and apply it on your face for about 15 to 20 minutes.
