Practice relaxing- a lot of health problems stem from the kind of lifestyle people lead. It does not also help that many of us do not seem to know how to release stress. For people suffering from such a dilemma, it would be good to know that stress is one of the top ten causes of illnesses, not to mention the horrible effect it has on the skin. Diet – and this means a proper one. When people hear or speak of the word diet the first thought that would usually come to mind is to lose weight.
